For international deliveries, we use Australia Post service for shipping of standard orders. Delivery times are listed in the Delivery Table and are an estimate only. This Delivery Table may be updated at our discretion at any time where necessary.
Please note, due to Covid-19, delivery times may be affected by these unprecedented challenges.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a re-delivery fee will apply.
RETURNS
At A TIPS NAILS, we pride ourselves in supplying the best nail products from the world's most innovative beauty industry, Korea and Japan. Unfortunately, we do not accept and refund changes of mind, unless the product is faulty.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
A TIPS NAILS is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. Once order has been sent out and tracking is received, it is between the shipping carrier and customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
TAXES & DUTIES
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. A TIPS NAILS reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
